This new feature allows you to locate conversations and chat messages much quicker than you usually would. In addition to the search bar where you can filter chats by name, you can now filter for unread messages, chats, meetings, apps, and muted conversations.
If you use Teams online, you now have the ability to share system audio when presenting your desktop or window in a Teams meeting – this beneficial when sharing a video that includes music or a voiceover, allowing attendees to watch the video at the same time without any echoing or syncing issues.
Using assistive AI, suggested replies offers three short responses you can give in Teams chat based on the context of the previous message. Simply click on the answer that is most relevant to your conversation to save you time from typing a response.
Yet another enhancement to the Presenter mode in Teams, a presenter can now choose which side of the screen their video displays next to the content shown on screen. You can also resize your video and the content size will adjust automatically according to your video. This feature applies to all presenter modes on Desktop and Windows.
In-meeting notifications now appear as a drawer at the top of your iOS device screen which users can preview, collapse and clear with just one tap using the Clear all button, reducing distractions during meetings.
